"Isabel was incredible, and I'm genuinely struggling to find words that do justice to how well she handled our wedding. She was hired on short notice, which honestly made us nervous going in but you would never have known it. She worked like she'd been planning our event for a year. She had her heart in it as if this was her sister's wedding and wanted it to be the best it could be. The reception hit its fair share of last-minute snags. At one point we had a seating mix-up, and I completely panicked as the bride's sister, I felt like it was on me to fix it. Isabel noticed right away, talked me down, and calmly sorted the whole thing out before most guests even realized anything was off. That was the pattern all night, she handled every problem so smoothly we usually didn't realize there'd been one until it was already fixed. At other moments she was bussing tables herself, then solving something entirely different on the other side of the room minutes later.
